摘要: 迄今为止,Mo元素在高铬铸铁中的作用,大多数研究结论是提高淬透性。但是本文研究结果表明,在高铬含钼铸铁脱稳处理时,Mo元素以х相的形式率先从奥氏体中脱溶析出。由于X相的析出,导致了高铬铸铁中的二次析出物相及其析出规律的变化。

Abstract: Up to now, the function of Mo in the high chromium white iron was to increase the hardenability according to many former studies. But in this paper the results show that when the precipitation of high Cr-Mo white iron took place, the Mo precipitated in the form of Χ-phase from the austenitic matrix prior to other carbonite, which results in the change of precipitate and precipitation.
