摘要: 通过断口分析研究了含氮高锰奥氏体钢在超低温下的冲击断裂特性,探讨了其断裂机理。分析表明:穿晶脆断刻面是含氮高锰奥氏体钢的一种特有的断口形貌。由于合金元素和试验温度的影响,使钢的正断抗力S (OT)小于切断抗力τ k,因此产生了穿晶断裂。断裂面是{111}γ或孪晶界;当τ k和S (OT)相近时,形成了各种复杂形貌的断口。氮量过高会导致钢产生穿晶脆断。

Abstract: The impact fracture characters of high Mn austenitic steel with N are analyzed and the fracture mechanism is discussed by means of cryogenic temperature impact test and fractography. The transgranular facet is a kind of charactic fracture topography of high Mn austenitic steel with N. Due to the influence of alloy elements and the test temperature, the cleavage strength SOT is less than the shearing strengthτ k, and therefore the transgranular brittle fracture is produced. The fracture plane is the {111}γ or twin boundary. While τ k and SOT are closely the same, various mixed fracture topographes are formed. More N content in austenitic steel results in the transgranular brittle fracture.
