摘要: 利用声-光调Q YAG激光,在车削条件下,试验研究了三维激光烧蚀加工陶瓷和钢材。每个激光脉冲的烧蚀深度为微米量级。加工过程不存在的切削力,热影响也是很小,能保证已加工表面的高度完全性。减小聚焦激光束的焦深和焦斑功率密度,能在一定程度上减小沿光轴方向加工位置的不确定度。

Abstract: Three dimensional laser ablation of ceramics and steel is experimentally studied under turning configuration with an acoustic-optical Q-switched YAG laser. The depth ablated by one laser pulse is of the order of micrometer. There is no force in the process. The heat effect is small. As a result, high surface integrity can be obtained. The uncertainty of the laser ablating position along the optical ages can be restrained by shortening the focal depth of the laser beam and lowering the power density at the focal spot.
