摘要: 外补液压胀形是成形护环的新方法。本文用大变形弹塑性有限元分析了力参数对盛开精度的影响规律,计算了应力应变和载荷的变化,预测了残余应力,并用逆追踪方法计算了毛坯尺寸。计算结果与实验吻合良好。

Abstract: The process of hydraulic bulge of retaining rings with the external pressed liquid is a new technology. This paper analysed the effect of force paremeters on forming precision, calculated the alteration of stress, strain and load, estimated the residual stresses by the FEM for large elasto-plastic strains, and calculated the dimensions of piece in ring form before bulge by the simulation in opposite direction. The calculation coincides with to hexperiment well.
