摘要: 在超环面行星蜗杆传动啮合原理和载荷分布研究基础上,给出了该种传动弹流油膜厚度计算公式,分析了该种传动的弹流润滑状态,揭示了油膜厚度的分布规律,并分析了油膜厚度的影响因素和影响规律。研究结果对于该种传动的设计与制造具有指导意义。

Abstract: Based on study of engaging theory and load distribution for toroidal drive,calculating formulae of EHD oil film thickness is given. EHD condition for the drive is analyzed. EHD oil film thickness distributions and their effecting factors along with their effects are analyzed. The results are useful in design and manufacture for the drive.
