偏载工况下水润滑艉轴承支承特性分析

摘要: 针对舰船水润滑艉轴承在偏载工况下支承特性开展了研究,建立了偏载工况下水润滑轴承界面润滑模型,发展了偏载工况下艉轴承综合支承刚度计算方法,阐明了偏载角、间隙比与起飞速度、支承刚度及最小水膜厚度之间映射关系,揭示了偏载工况下艉轴承结构参数对于综合支承特性影响机制。研究结果表明,相比于无偏载工况,轴颈的偏载增大了艉轴承润滑界面临界起飞速度,且增幅较大;偏载角度的大小与艉轴承综合支承刚度呈正相关关系。研究成果为舰船推进系统水润滑艉轴承支承刚度及动态响应计算分析提供了理论支撑。

Abstract: This article conducts research on the support characteristics of ship water lubricated stern bearings under misaligned load conditions. The lubrication model of bearing is established. The calculation method of comprehensive bearing stiffness of stern bearing under partial load condition is developed. The mapping relationship between partial load angle, clearance ratio and takeoff speed, support stiffness and minimum water film thickness is clarified. The mechanism by which the structural parameters of the stern bearing affect the comprehensive support characteristics under eccentric load conditions is revealed. The results show that compared with the unbiased load, the critical takeoff speed of the lubrication interface of stern bearing, and increases greatly; The magnitude of the deflection angle is positively correlated with the comprehensive support stiffness of the stern bearing. The research results provide theoretical support for the calculation and analysis of support stiffness and dynamic response of water lubrication stern bearing in ship propulsion system.
