摘要: 分析了在热型连铸过程中纯Al单晶组织的演化过程。提出热型连铸铸锭的单晶组织演化经历了3个阶段,不同阶段中有不同的晶体生长机制在起作用。工艺参数对铸锭单晶组织演化过程的影响是通过影响液固界面的形状而起作用的。

Abstract: Evolvement of forming single crystal by heated mould continuous casting is studied. Evolvement of forming single crystal Al wire by heated mould continuous casting undergoes three stages: (a) the growth competition of crystals, (b) the growth of columnar, (c) the growth of single crystal, which is discussed first. Whether the single crystal can be obtained or not depends on the profile of the solid-liquid interface which is influenced by the casting speed.
