摘要: 硬脆光学晶体材料在航空航天、光学和光电子等领域得到了广泛应用,其超精密切削加工技术越来越受到重视,从切削模型、脆塑转变机理和研究方法等三个方面介绍了硬脆光学晶体材料超精密切削技术的发展和国内外研究现状,并对今后的研究方向作了阐述。

关键词: 脆塑转变, 机理, 切削模型, 硬脆材料

Abstract: Recently, hard-brittle optical crystal material is applied widely in the aviation and spaceflight, optics, optoelectronic industries. The technology of ultra-precision cutting of hard-brittle optical crystal material have received an much attention. A brief introduction covering the evolution process and the recent studies of cutting model, brittle-ductile transition mechanism and research ways and means of this technology is presented.
