摘要: 介绍了超精密加工技术的特点及应用背景、当前超精密加工机床发展现状、国际著名的产品及研究中心。着重介绍了目前机床结构和部件、传动系统、检测环节、数控系统和环境控制等领域的最新研究水平和成果。从超精密加工技术推广应用的角度阐述了其精度目标和其模块化、廉价化发展趋势。

关键词: 超精密加工, 超精密数控, 机床, 误差检测

Abstract: The characteristics and the application background of ultra-precision manufacturing is introduced firstly, and the stature of modern development of ultra-precision machine tool, formers international products and research centre are introduced separately. The new research level and results about constructers and components of machine tool, transmission system, measurement and DNC system , and environment condition control system are described emphatically. Finally, form the point view for widely using of ultra-precision manufacturing, same trends of its accuracy goals , modularization and low-price politic are discussed briefly.
