摘要: 利用优化的喷射成形技术参数,制备了CuCr25触头材料合金。对合金的显微组织进行了观察分析,并测定了其性能。研究表明,经热压处理后,喷射成形的CuCr25合金是由细小的等轴晶Cu基体和弥散分布的富Cr相粒子组成。合金有高的相对密度和低的气体质量分数,因而具有优异的硬度和电导性。

Abstract: The contact material of CuCr25 alloy are manu- factured with spray forming technique using the optimized parameters. The microstructure of the alloy is observed, and the physical and mechanical properties are measured. It is indicated that after hot pressing the spray formed CuCr25 alloy consists of the refined equiaxed Cu matrix and the dispersed particles of the Cr-rich phase. The alloy has a higher relative density, a lower gas content, and therefore a higher electric conductivity.
