摘要: 阐述了虚拟样机仿真的重要性,介绍了机械系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS,讨论了利用ADAMS建立虚拟样机的特点。首次将ADAMS的应用引入到武器装备工程应用领域,对火炮反后坐装置典型故障模式进行分析,在ADAMS环境下建立了火炮虚拟样机,运用Fortran语言结合火炮故障模式编制了故障仿真外挂程序, 并对故障参数影响火炮工作性能的规律进行了研究。最后,提出了故障评判函数的概念及基于虚拟样机的故障评估方案,为火炮质量评估提供了新的途径。

Abstract: The significance of simulating with virtual prototyping is summarized. The ADAMS simulation system is introduced, and the characteristics of virtual prototyping are discussed. ADAMS is first to be introduced into armament research fields. Based on analysis of main fault modes of gun, the virtual prototyping model is established by using ADAMS. The user-definited programs are built with Fortran language, and the influencing rules of fault factors on working performance are studied. Finally, the concept of fault evaluation function and the evaluation plan based on virtual prototyping are brought for-ward. Therefore, a new method of quality evaluation on artillery is presented.
