非接触式转子泵转子理论型线与实际型线设计

摘要: 针对非接触式转子泵两叶或三叶转子,介绍了摆线转子型线的组成、主要参数和型线方程,提出了转子型线设计要求及优化设计方法,就摆线转子型线建立了以小型轻量为目标的型线优化设计模型和内泄模型,给出了依据转子泵内泄来确定转子实际型线的方法,为非接触式转子泵设计奠定了基础。给出了转子型线设计的实例。

Abstract: The components, main parameter and curve equation of cycloid rotor curve for two or three leaves rotor are described. The design demands and optimizing method of rotor curve are put forward. To cycloid rotor curve, the optimizing design and inner leak models, for the purpose of minimal volume and lightest weight are created. The actual curve ascertain method is given according to pump’s inner leak. All above founds the base of un-contact rotor pump design. An example about curve design is provided at last.
