价值链协同赋能的核电建造质量智能管控研究

摘要: 设计一种价值链协同赋能的质量智能管控体系,以解决核电装备建造过程跨企业质量标准不一致、跨平台质量信息难共享、跨领域质量认知不统一与协同管控过程易造假等问题,并开发支持其有效运行的关键使能技术,包括三跨特征下协同质量价值建模与定量测度方法、基于协同质量价值激励的信息共享与可信交互机制、价值链各参与主体协同质量管控行为网络演化博弈以及增值导向下协同质量计划与见证方法,以期实现三跨场景下质量活动高效开展与有效协同,促进数据信息和业务流程的联动,提升全价值链质量管控与追溯能力。在核电协同质量管控典型业务开展应用示范,验证了所提体系与技术的有效性,为协同质量智能管控平台开发及其关键技术的落地应用提供了参考。

Abstract: An intelligent quality control system under the value chain collaborative enabling is designed and key technologies supporting its effective operation are also developed in this article,so as to solve the problems of inconsistent quality standards across enterprises,difficult information sharing across platforms,inconsistent quality cognition across fields,and easy falsification of collaborative control process in nuclear power construction. Specifically,it includes the collaborative quality value modeling method considering three cross-characteristics,the information sharing and trusted interaction mechanism based on collaborative quality value incentive,the network evolution game of value chain agents' collaborative quality control behavior,and the collaborative quality planning and witnessing method under value-added orientation. The above system and technologies are expected to achieve efficient and effective coordination of quality activities,promote the linkage of data information and business processes,and improve the quality control and traceability capabilities of the whole value chain. Finally,the application demonstration is carried out in a typical business scenario of nuclear power construction to verify the effectiveness of the proposed system and technology,which provides a reference for the development of collaborative quality intelligent management platform and the landing application of key technologies.
