摘要: 研究了Sr、Na在Al-Si熔体中的氧化动力学,应用原子杂化轨道理论分析了Sr、Na与Al-Si熔体的作用机理。研究结果表明,Sr比Na具有更长的变质有效期,其原因是Sr比Na具有更加稳定的原子杂化轨道,而并非完全由工艺因素决定。

Abstract: Oxidation kinetics of Sr, Na in Al-Si melt is investigated. Modification mechanism of Sr and Na in Al-Si melt is discussed with theory of atomic hybridized orbit. The results showed that effective modification period of Sr is longer than that of Na because the atomic hybridized orbit of Sr is more stable than that of Na.
