止推轴承流体动压润滑失效分析

摘要: 指出了经典润滑理论无法预测实际止推轴承所存在的润滑失效现象。给出了润滑失效分析的基本理论。讨论了温度引起的润滑失效机理、热流体本构方程和临界膜厚,给出了润滑失效分析理论与试验及其他理论的对比。在此基础上对国内的部分止推轴承和三峡水电站机组止推轴承的设计方案进行了润滑失效分析。

Abstract: The classical hydrodynamic lubrication theory cannot predict lubrication failure existing in the engineering used thrust bearing is pointed out that. The basic theory for analysis of lubrication failure is presented. The mechanism of temperature induced lubrication failure, the thermal fluid constitutive equation and the critical film thickness are discussed. The comparison of the result obtained by the lubrication failure theory with experiments and the classical lubrication theory is given. Some domestic thrust bearings and several designing schemes of the thrust bearings for the Three Gorges power station are analyzed.
