摘要: 利用铸造余热的锻造工艺叫铸造锻造工艺。6061合金经铸造锻造工艺加工后,抗拉强度提高47%,伸长率提高83%。工业纯铝经铸造工艺加工后,与加入Al-Ti-B中间合金工艺相比,晶粒更加细小,硬度提高18%。

Abstract: The forging technology using remained heat in castings is called casting -forging technology. The tensile strength and the elongation of the alloy 6061 treated by the technology increased by 47 % and 83 % separately. After a commecial pure aluminium has been processed by the casting- forging technology, the hardness increased by 18 % and the grain size decreased as compared with that added by Al-Ti-B master alloy.
