摘要: 以速度矩及叶片厚度分布为已知条件,基于两类流面理论,建立了流面反问题计算的混流式转轮准三维设计模型。该模型可计入叶片流道内周向参数分布不均匀对叶片设计的影响。研究了叶片边界条件对叶片性能、叶片形状及设计计算的收敛性的影响。为转轮设计提出了新的思想。按本文模型设计的叶片,基速度矩分布与定值基本吻合。

Abstract: Based on S1/S2 streamsurface theory, a quasi-3D design method for Francis runner is presented.The quasi-3D design model consists of an inverse calculation on S2 streamsurface and flow analysis on a number of S1 . The distribution of the swirl velocity and the blade thickness on the geometry of the runner is prescribed. The stacking position of the blade has a great influence on the blade shape and the hydraulic performance of the runner. Excellent agreements are obtained between the specified and the computed vθr distribution.
