摘要: 在分析偏晶合金液-液相变过程中第二相液滴扩散长大和碰撞凝并机制基础上,提出了描述第二相液滴粗化的综合数学模型,并以Zn-Pn合金为例进行了数值模拟计算,结果表明,该模型能反映第二相液滴粗化的实际情况。

Abstract: The diffusion growth and collision coagulation of the second phase droplets during liquid-liquid phase transformation are discussed. The synthetical mathematical model describing the droplets' coarsening process have been put forward. Computer simulation with Zn-Pb monotectic alloy showed that this model is in accordance with the practical situation.
