Abstract: On the basis of enlarged the conception of original manufacturing line, reconfigure method fulfil rapid batch changing production is analyzed, a kind of reconfigure project analyzing method is brought forward. Multi-personnel is concerned with this method based on layer-simulation model. To realize rapid batch changing production, reconfigure project can be analyzed in detail on different layer before bringing into effect.
