楔形压头压缩效果有限元分析与试验研究

摘要: 在分析城市生活垃圾压缩转运站原有压缩装置的基础上,提出了一种新型压缩装置——楔形压头。用基于Drucker-Prager屈服准则推导的本构关系模型对楔形压头的压缩效果进行了有限元分析,结合试验参数,给出了压实密度计算公式,计算精度满足工程要求,可代替繁琐低效的试验工作。通过新研制的城市生活垃圾压缩试验台做了大量试验,得出了城市生活垃圾压实密度和施加压力的关系曲线,确定了对垃圾施行压缩的合适压力范围为0.1~0.2 Mpa。研究结果表明,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,楔形压头能明显改善垃圾压缩效果,比原有压缩装置可提高48%的垃圾装载量,为城市生活垃圾压缩转运站压缩装置的设计制造提供了理论基础。

Abstract: Base on the analysis of the existed compaction device for the municipal solid waste(MSW) transfer station, a new style compaction device——wedge-shaped compaction device is developed. The mechanics model based on Drucker- Prager yield criteria is deducted, and composition effect of the wedge-shaped compaction device is calculated using FEM, and the composition density formula is presented combining with experiment parameter. The calculation satisfied the engineering precision and it can replace experiment. A lots of experiment be done by means of new-develop MSW compaction test equipment, and the relation curve between the waste compacted density and applied pressure is given, a proper applied pressure range (0.1~0.2 Mpa) is also given. The calculation results indicates they are in accord with the experiment data, and the wedge-shaped compaction device can obviously improve the compaction effect of the waste, increase the load capacity of the waste by 48%. The results can offer some reference theory to the design and manufacture of the MSW transfer station.
