结构断裂可靠性“等损伤设计”方法及其试验研究

摘要: 简述断裂可靠性设计的发展历程,提出用于结构断裂可靠性设计的“等损伤设计”概念与原理,建立了用于结构断裂“等损伤设计”的p-σ a-σ (av)-N曲面和断裂γ-p-σ a-σ (av)-N曲面方程。根据此设计方法,对结构进行断裂可靠性设计,更能保证结构使用安全、可靠、重量轻。经试验研究,按此方法设计的构件能在指定设计寿命下“等损伤”破坏。

Abstract: The brief development course of fracture reliability design is reviewed. The concept and principle of equal damage design for fracture reliability design of structure are proposed. The p-σ a-σ (av)-N surface and the γ-p-σ a-σ (av)-N surface used for the fracture equal damage design are established. According to this design method, the structure can be designed to be more safe, more reliable and more light. From the fatigue test, it is proved that the components of a structure designed on the basis of the equal damage concept should fail synchronously t the given fatigue crack growth life.
