摘要: 介绍一种新型水稻插秧机分插机构——偏心链轮分插机构,其传动部分是由5个偏心链轮组成:1个太阳轮、1对行星轮(与载植臂固结)和1对张紧轮。在优化太阳轮和行星轮参数时,把取秧角、插秧角、秧针轨迹、轨迹高度作为目标函数,在确定目标函数时,要求适应双季稻插秧,在优化张紧轮参数时,把链条处于张紧状态下,其长度变化最小作为目标函数。在理论上确定了主要机构参数,研制了分插机构传动部分,并通过试验台验证了理论模型和优化方法。

Abstract: A new type of rice transplanting mechanism-transplanting mechanism with eccentric sprockets is introduced, the essential elements in the mechanism drive include a sun sprocket, a pair of planet sprockets (planting arms were fixed on them) and a pair of tensioner sprockets. Mathematical model is founded on the basis of using the angle of taking seedling and planting seedling, seedling claw path, and path height as optimum object-function, the primary parameter of transplanting mechanism is determined. The drive part of transplanting mechanism is developed and the optimum method is proved by test. The national-invention patent for this mechanism is applied for.
