Abstract: Based on the resource assorted description and the product material flowing analysis, a model for analyzing the product material resource consumption situation of manufacturing systems is proposed. Based on the model, the calculation way bout the total utilization rate and assorted utilization rate of the product materials in manufacturing processes is presented. A case study shows the model and the method are practical.
