计入表面粗糙度效应的动载轴承的润滑分析

摘要: 将平均流量模型与Hahn法求解思想结合起来,提出了计入表面粗糙度效应的动载轴承润滑分析的数值求解方法,考察了不同的轴颈方差比、表面方向参数和表面粗糙度对动载轴承润滑性能的影响。利用该算法分析了4105柴油机第一主轴承的润滑状态,计算结果表明:第一主轴承处于完全流体润滑状态,降低表面粗糙度可以减小摩擦功耗。

Abstract: The average flow model and Hahn method are integrated for the first time and the numerical method on the lubricating analysis of the dynamic load rough journal bearing is put forward. Furthermore, the effects of different variance ratio of the journal, surface pattern parameter and roughness on the lubricating performance of dynamic load rough journal bearing are investigated. Based on the method mentioned above, the lubricating properties of the first main bearing of 4105 diesel engine are analyzed. The calculated results show that the first main bearing is in full hydrodynamic lubrication regime and the power loss can be reduced by decreasing the surface roughness of bearing.
