摘要: 研制了一种磁力弹簧,它由直径大小不同的两个磁环同轴同向排列,其中一环固定,另一环可轴向滑动,组成磁力弹簧。在磁场作用下,两环自动保持一定的轴向间隙,任何外力作用下此间隙的改变会产生一个恢复力,即弹力。与机械弹簧相比较,磁力弹簧不仅节省金属材料,而且具有稳定性好及振动噪声小等优点。弹性分析显示,磁力弹簧的弹力随位移变化的线性相当好,弹性大小和可压缩位移取决于大、小磁环的直径及两者之差和磁环的轴向高度。

Abstract: A magnetic spring was developed, which consists of two magnetic rings with different dimension, locating concentrically with same direction of magnetization. One of two magnetic rings is fixed and the other can move axially. Because of the function of magnetic field, two magnetic rings keep each other with a due distance axially. If the relative position between two magnetic rings is changed, a rehabitation force, namely, elastic force, is produced. The measurements demonstrated that the relation of elasticity and the displacement is quite linear and the elasticity increases along with the dimension of the magnetic rings.
