摘要: 对超声波振动切削镗刀杆的“刚度化”效果进行了较为详细的理论分析及试验研究,提示了超声波振动切削“刚度化”效果的实质,指出了影响“刚度化”效果的主要参数是速度系数K v。K v越小,“刚度化”效果越显著。

Abstract: The theoretical analysis and the experimental study for the "rigidity" effect of ultrasonic vibration boring tool bar is introduced, and the essence of "rigidity" effect isrevealed. The results have shown that the "rigidity" effect is mainly influenced by the speed coefficient Kv, the smaller is Kv the more obvious "rigidity "effect.
