摘要: 根据铁路龙门起重机大修周期间可靠性和功能指标劣化规律的研究结果,提出了相邻大修周期间机器可靠性和性能的劣化率相等、大修功能指标的劣化速度具有一致性的可靠性新模型,称之为“等劣化模型”,为科学确定机器的大修周期和报废指标提供了科学依据。并依该理论提出了中国铁路龙门起重机大修和报废推荐指标,经实践检验证明,与实际具有良好的一致性。

Abstract: Based on the research of gantry crane reliability and performance degrading regularity, a new reliability model, which is called isodegrading model, is put forword and applied effectively in determining the recommending overhaul and available life parameters of railway gantry cranes. The core of the isodegrading model is that there are isodegrading rate of machine overhaul reliability and operational parameters between neighbouring overhaul circles and isodegrading speeds between the reliability and operational parameters.
