摘要: 介绍了连续变位加热加压积累形变缩径的基本原理,分析了待修缸体的变形机理和内部组织变化特点,确定了变形所需的最小压力、最佳比功率和加热时间,导出了施感导体、液压机工作台的运动速度与待修缸体内径收缩量之间的关系式。

Abstract: The basic mechanism of contracting inter-diameter by heating and pressuring on continuously varing position is described, the deformation mechanism of the cylinder to be repaired and characteristics of the interstructure changing of the cylinder are analysed, and the minimum pressure the most suitable heating power by induce and heating period that deformation need are confirmed, The relative equations between moving rates of the inductor and the workbench of liquid pressure machine and the contraction of the cylinder to be repaired are also found out.
