ZL101A合金TIG修复色差及组织性能间的相关性研究

Correlation Between the Color Difference and Joint Performance of Recycling ZL101A Alloy Repaired by TIG

摘要: 在ZL101A合金TIG再制造修复过程中,修复部位常因不同于母材的材料组织而产生色差,影响被修复对象的力学性能、美观程度与潜在消费者的接受意愿。本研究在焊丝与母材材料成分相同的情况下,通过不同焊接电流、预热时间、焊接速度的参数正交组合,获得了16种具有不同力学性能和修复色差的修复试样。检测发现修复部位深色析出相的种类、尺寸大小、密度决定了修复色差的大小,且小色差试样的力学性能也相对较好。对试样的修复色差与拉伸强度数据进行回归拟合,发现三次曲线函数的吻合程度最高,决定系数达到0.955。最后,通过一组单变量TIG修复实验验证了该三次曲线的合理性。

Abstract: During the remanufacture and repair of ZL101A alloy by TIG technology, owing to the material microstructure different from the substrate, the repaired part often produces color difference, which affects the mechanical properties, aesthetics degree as well as the willing to accept of potential consumers of the repaired object. In this research, 16 kinds of TIG repaired samples with different mechanical properties and repairing color difference were obtained by the orthogonal experiment of different welding current, preheating time and welding speed on the premise of the same material composition of wires and the substrate. After detection, it is found that the type, size and density of dark phases in the repaired part determine the repairing color difference, and the tensile properties of these samples with the small color difference are also higher. Through the regression fitting between the repairing color difference and the tensile strength, it shows that the coincidence degree of the cubic curve is the highest, and the coefficient of determination(CD) reaches 0.955. Ultimately, the rationality of the cubic curve fitting is verified by a set of univariate TIG repairing experiments.
