摘要: 建立了液压泵一些性能参数和温度的关系的简化数学模型,绘制出其特性曲线,再与试验曲线相比较,说明温度对液压泵的实际流量、容积效率、输出功率等的影响不容忽视。因此,只有同时研究液压泵的压力特性和温度特性,才能较全面地评价一个泵的性能。

Abstract: A simplified mathematical model according to the relation of performance parameters of hydraulic pump and temperature is established. Meanwhile, the characteristic curve is made out and compared with the testing curve, which indicates that the influence of temperature on the actual flow of hydraulic pump, the volume efficiency and out-put power etc couldn't be ignored. Therefore, only when the characteristics of pressure and temperature both are considered together, can we evaluate the performance of a hydraulic pump overall.
