摘要: 提出了一种花岗岩、大理石等高硬度石材的超低温切割加工方法,即利用超低温液华丽形成局部超低温切割区域,以改善切割性能和增加刀具耐用度。实验结果表明,该方法比现有普通采用的水冷却切割石材的方法,成倍地提高了刀具耐用度,并避免了污水对环境的污染。

Abstract: Cryogenic cutting of hard stone, a new method for cutting hard stone such as marble and granite, is proposed. By jetting the cryogenic fluid on the cutting area to form the local cryogenic cutting area, the cutting efficiency and tool life are improved. The experimental results show that with the help of the method, the tool life can increase many times by comparision with conventional outing method, and the environmental pollution can be greatly improved.
