摘要: 应用扫描电镜(SEM)加载装置研究了碳化硅晶须增强铝(SiCw/Al)复合材料的动态拉伸和动态压缩过程,开发了SEM就地观测技术。结果表明,这种技术对研究SiCw/Al复合材料的断裂过程是非常有效的。

Abstract: The dynamic tensile and compressive processes of the silicon carbide whisker reinforced aluminium (SiCw/Al) composite was studied in a scanning electron microscope (SEM) by using SEM load instrument. The SEM in situ observing technique was researched. The results show that this technique is very efficient to the study of the fracture processes of the SiCw/Al composites.
