摘要: 回收设计是提高产品的可回收性,进而提高产品的环境属性的有效途径。提出一种基于回收元的回收设计方法,把产品看作是回收元的有机集合,通过回收元及回收元间接口的设计实现回收设计过程。在给出回收元概念的基础上,建立了产品回收应用模型,给出基于回收元的回收设计方法的一般过程。最后以电热水壶的设计为例进行了说明。

Abstract: Design for recyclability (DFR) is an efficiency way to improve the recyclability and the environmental performance of products. A new design method based on recycling element is put forward. The method takes the product as a set of recycling elements and realizes the design for recyclability process by the design of recycling elements and the design of the interface between recycling elements. Based on the introduction of the concept of recycling element, the design for recyclablity process, including the design of basic recycling elements, the design of the com-bined elements and the design of interfaces between the com-bined recycling elements, is analyzed. At last, an example is given to show the design process.
