摘要: 在Bond功耗确定模型基础上,推导出确定大型破碎站破碎功耗的随机模型,给出了求算功耗概率密度的公式。并使用导出的计算模型对元宝山双齿辊半移动式破碎站进行了功耗分析,计算结果与样机试验结果基本吻合。

Abstract: new stochastic model to determine the comminution energy of crusher in open cast mining has been developed. The formula of computing the probability density function of net comminution energy has alse been deduced. According to this model, the dist ribution function of comminution energy can be predicted by the distribution function of input size and discharge size. The test have shown that the stochastic model conforms to the real crush process very well.
