摘要: 简述了用初始幅值磁场导率法检测钢铁材质的基本原理和方法,并据回归分析等数理统计方法,用单片机对采集的数据进行处理,从而用WGF—Ⅰ型微机式钢铁材质自动分选仪能定性和定量检测钢铁件的碳的质量分数、硬度、渗碳层深度、裂纹和其他缺陷等,其检测精度分别为±0.02%C,±1HRC,±10HBS和±0.05mm。检测速度为1500件/h。

Abstract: The basic principle and method of testing steel and iron material quality by initial incremental permeability is stated. Using single chip computer to process the collected data according to mathematical statistics method such as regression analysis, qualitative and quantitative testing of mass fraction of carbon, hardness, carburized layer depth, cracks and friction welding defects of steel and iron parts are accomplished by "WGF-I type microcomputer-based automatic evaluator of material, quality for steel and iron". Its testing precision is±0.02 % for C, ±1HRC, ±10 HBS for hardness and±0.05mm for cazburized layer depth separately. Its testing speed is 1500 parts per hour.
