电阻法微型计算机控制气体渗碳

摘要: 本文论述了控制炉气碳势的方法,指出滴注并式气体渗碳炉采用电阻法控制炉气碳势是行之有效的。介绍了电阻法碳势控制仪探头、仪表的结构、性能和井式气体渗碳炉的技术改造。建立了以TP805为主机的微型计算机控制系统,用PID调节规律控制炉温和炉气碳势;差分法计算渗碳层深度。应用电阻法微型计算机实现了井式炉气体渗碳工艺过程的精确控制。经一百多炉次叉车齿轮实际生产考核,渗碳质量完全达到了日本TCM叉车技术标准。

Abstract: In this paper, the ways of the carbon potential central are studied for gas carburizing. It is found that the method of the electrical is effective for controlling carbon potential in drop-feeling well furnace. The construction and the characteristics of the electrical resistance sensor and the instrument, and also the reform way for the well furnace are introduced. A microcomputer system has been built with TP805.Tomperature and carbon potential are controlled by PID model. The method of difference is employed to calculate the case depth. Thus an accurate control of carburizing process can be achieved with this unit for gas carburizing in well furnace. Tests have been repeated more 100 times for fork lift gears. The carburizing quality of the products is satisfactory and agrees with the standard for Japanese TCM fork lift.
