摘要: 基于DICTRA中的长大扩散模型模拟计算690合金在不同温度和不同时间热处理条件下的晶界碳化物析出行为和贫Cr区演化过程。研究结果表明:模拟计算的碳化物尺寸及贫Cr区Cr浓度分布结果与试验测得的结果基本一致,这表明长大扩散模型可以用来描述热处理过程中碳化物及贫Cr区的演化;根据对贫Cr区内贫Cr程度的模拟计算结果,得出合金在等温热处理时存在临界时间,当热处理时间超过该临界时间后,贫Cr程度将不会发生明显变化;同时基于碳化物析出行为对合金耐蚀性的影响,建立合金进行等温热处理时最佳工艺的计算方法。

Abstract: A model of diffusing growth based on DICTRA software is employed to simulate the precipitating behavior of grain boundary carbide and the evolution of Cr-depletion region in alloy 690 after heat treatment at different temperatures for various times. It is concluded that the simulated Cr distribution in Cr-depletion region is in good agreement with the measured one, which verifies the reliability of the model of diffusing growth. The simulation results also indicates that there is a critical time, when the isothermal treatment time exceeds this time the Cr depleted degree will not change obviously; at last, according to the relation between carbide size and alloy corrosion resistant ability, a mathematic formula is founded to calculate the optimal isothermal treatment processing parameters.
