摘要: 以往对于卷取过程钢卷内应力的计算,都是将钢卷看作弹性厚壁筒或者弹性组合筒进行推导求解的。而实际上,热轧带钢一般厚度较大,带钢沿周向具有明显的非圆特征,如按圆形曲线来处理,计算误差将较大。为此,针对热轧带钢卷取过程中随着带材厚度的增加钢卷内部带材沿着周向非圆特性更为明显、而以往所采用的周向对称的闭合圆筒类模型不但与带材的实际状态偏差较大而且无法准确预测层间滑移的问题,充分结合热轧卷取过程的设备与工艺特点,采用螺旋形开口圆筒类模式,考虑到卷取过程中应力及变形沿周向分布的不均匀性以及钢卷头圈与卷筒并非完全接触的特征,提出一套适合于热轧带钢卷取的钢卷内部应力分布模型,给出相应的层间滑移判断条件,编制出相应的钢卷内部应力及层间滑移预报软件,并应用到生产实践。

Abstract: Formerly, for the calculation of coil internal stress in coil winding process, the steel coil is often regarded as elastic thick wall cylinder or a combined cylinder elastic solution and then derived. In fact, the thickness of hot rolling steel strip is larger, along the circumferential, steel strip has obvious non-circular characteristic. Calculating according to the circular curve, calculation error will be larger. So, in allusion to the problem that along with the increase of the thickness of the strip steel coil internal strip along the circumferential non-circular characteristic is more apparent in hot rolled strip coiling process, whereas the circumferential symmetrical closed cylinder class model not only the actual state and strip large deviation and can predict the interlayer slip, fully combined with hot coiling process equipment and process characteristics, for the first time using spiral open cylinder class model, considering the coiling process stress and deformation along the circumferential distribution of nonuniformity and steel coil head coil and drum is not entirely contact characteristics, puts forward a set of suitable for hot rolled strip coiling steel roll internal stress distribution model, given the corresponding interlayer slip judgment conditions, formulate the corresponding coil internal stress and interlayer slip forecast software, and apply it to the production practice and has achieved good using effect, has the further popularization and application value.
