摘要: 热轧环过程中,环件几何尺寸是否满足公差设计要求是生产出合格环件产品的前提条件。研究热轧环件毛坯质量误差与成形环件几何尺寸公差之间的相互关系和影响规律,提出一种环件尺寸公差控制计算方法,并建立相应的数学模型:即以毛坯质量误差和内外径尺寸公差为约束条件,以成形环件的壁厚为控制目标参数,从而轧制出尺寸满足公差要求的环件产品。运用该方法,选用三组不同质量环件毛坯,在武汉理工大学开发的HRM160型数控立式热轧环机上进行热轧环试验。结果表明数学模型计算值、试验所得环件的几何尺寸值以及环件产品的设计尺寸值比较接近,且均在产品设计尺寸公差范围内。研究结论对于优质热轧环件的生产具有实际指导意义。

Abstract: During the hot ring rolling process, it is the prerequisite to manufacture a qualified ring product that the ring products’ dimensions meet the tolerance requirements. The interrelationships and influence rules between ring blank’s weight error and ring product’s geometrical dimensions during hot ring rolling are analyzed. A dimensional tolerance control method and mathematical model are proposed, that is, the ring blank’s weight error and the dimensional tolerance of the ring’s inner and outer diameter are set to the constrain parameters, the ring’s wall thickness is taken as the control parameter, thus the ring product with qualified dimension can be rolled. Based on this method, three series of hot ring rolling experiments are conducted on the HRM160 NC hot ring rolling mill which is developed by Wuhan University of Technology. The results show that the values of ring’s geometrical dimensions calculated by the mathematical model are in good agreement with the experiments’ data. The research conclusions have practical significance for manufacturing the high quality ring products
