导流罩对空调器室外机噪声的影响

摘要: 为了明确导流罩对空调器室外机噪声的影响,利用数值模拟的方法对室外机内部气体流动进行了计算,研究了室外机出风口相对湍流强度的变化,分析了导流罩宽度、导流罩导弧对室外机噪声的影响。通过计算分析和试验验证,表明空调器室外机导流罩的宽度存在一个最佳值使室外机的噪声最小。同时,根据导流罩导弧对室外机噪声影响的规律设计出双导弧导流罩,经过试验验证分析,表明双导弧导流置与目前普遍使用的导流罩相比具有更好的气动性能,能进一步降低空调器室外要的噪声。

Abstract: In order to analyze the influence of the deflecting ring on the noise generated by an air conditioner outdoor set, the flow field in the outdoor set is simulated with the CFD software STAR-CD. The relative turbulent intensities are computed and the influence of the width and contoured duct of the deflecting ring on the noise generated by the outdoor set is analyzed. The results of computation and experiment show that an optimal width of the deflecting ring exists to make the noise generated by the outdoor set minimum. In addition, a double contoured duct is designed on the basis of the influence of the contoured duct of the deflecting ring on the noise generated by the outdoor set. The computation and experiment can validity that the deflecting ring with double contoured duct can improve the aerodynamic performance and reduce the noise generated by the outdoor set.
