摘要: 小尺寸稳定态试验(Small-scale steady state testing, S4)是模拟聚乙烯压力管道的快速裂纹扩展的一种有效方法,可获得可靠的压力管道止裂性能指标。在介绍自行研制的S4试验装置基础上,利用该装置在不同压力和不同环境温度下,对PE80聚乙烯压力管道进行了S4试验,给出了供试管材的止裂曲线;并通过试验分析研究了焊接工艺、压力和环境温度等因素对聚乙烯压力管道止裂性能的影响。

Abstract: The small scale steady state (S4) test is effective to simulate the rapid crack propagation behavior for the polyethylene fuel-gas distribution pipe line. The S4 testing device was developed. The S4 tests are conducted for the PE80 polyethylene pipe at different temperature and inner pressure, the arresting curve is gotten. The effects of welding procedure, inner pressure and temperature on arresting behavior for the PE80 polyethylene pipe are discussed also.
