纯电动公交客车结构与设计

摘要: 介绍了该车的整车结构与设计,包括电气及控制系统设计和机械系统设计。电气及控制系统设计包括低压电气系统、高压电气系统和整车控制与能量管理系统的设计。该车采用高性能水平铅酸电池,并且对电池箱进行了专门设计。转向系统采用整体电动液压式动力转向系统,既节约了能耗又使转向轻便。完成了电气系统参数的匹配计算,包括电动机和电池参数的选择。对整车的操纵稳定性及通过性进行了计算。最后提供了整车的试验结果,表明该车各项性能指标都已达到科技部的技术要求,整车的结构设计是合理的,电气系统参数的匹配计算结果与试验结果基本吻合。

Abstract: The overall vehicle configuration and design are described, which include electrical and control system design and mechanism system design. Electrical and control system design include low-voltage electrical system design, high-voltage electrical system design, overall vehicle control and energy management system design. This vehicle chooses high performance horizon lead-acid battery and the battery box is designed specially. Steering is electrohydraulic power steering, which not only minimizes the energy consumption but also turns easily. Electrical system parameter match is calculated, which includes parameter selection of motor and battery. Handleability and stability, passibility are also calculated. In the end the test resuit is provided, which indicates that the vehicle performance targets all attain the request of Ministry of Science and Technology and the vehicle configuration design is reasonable and electrical system parameter match result accord with the test result.
