摘要: 采用成形极限理论及塑性失稳理论对薄壁管胀形成形极限进行了分析,提出了管材胀形破裂极限应变及极限胀形系数的计算理论。采用MARC软件对胀形过程进行模拟,并提出通过模拟获得胀形成形极限应变及极限胀形系数的方法。理论计算结果与模拟结果的比较表明理论值趋于安全。

Abstract: With the help of theory of forming limit and plasticity failure, the forming limit of thin tube bulge forming is analyzed. The forming limit calculate theory of thin tube bulge forming is put forward, the bulge forming is simulated with MARC software and the values of numerical calculation and simulation are compared.
