摘要: 直接利用移动双椭球热源模型对电子束焊接过程进行数值模拟时,计算量庞大,计算效率低下。为此,在移动双椭球焊接热源模型的基础上,经分析推导得到了分段移动双椭球热源数学模型,并通过实际的物理试验和数值模拟对该模型进行了验证。结果表明,采用该热源模型可以在保持良好计算精度的基础上极大提高计算效率,使模拟实际复杂焊接构件的焊接过程成为可能。

Abstract: Directly employing moving double ellipsoid heat source model in electron beam welding numerical simulation will lead to huge calculation and low efficiency. In order to solve the problem, a new heat source model, segmented moving double ellipsoid heat source model, is established. Both moving double ellipsoid heat source model and segmented moving double ellipsoid heat source model are used to simulate a typical electron beam welding process, and the calculation results are compared with experimental results. It indicates that by using the new model analysis efficiency can be improved greatly while high precision is still obtained, which makes it possible to simulate the welding process of real complicated welding structure.
