摘要: 进行了螺旋板换热器中心隔板强度的理论及试验研究,推出了中心隔板各点的弯曲应力及切应力一般式和最大应力公式;数值模拟结果、试验应力测定结果与理论值比较一致;导出了中心隔板厚度计算式,该公式及其系数J已被我国螺旋板换热器标准所采用。

Abstract: The theoretical and experimental studies on the strength of the central partition in spiral heat exchanger are carried on. The formulas of the bending stress, the shearing stress and the maximum stress of the central partition are obtained. The experimental stress is consistent with the theoretical stress and the numerical simulation. The formula of the central partition thickness is derived, which has been adopted by the standard of spiral heat exchanger.
