摘要: 复合轮齿压缩机是一种具有部分内压缩的新型转子压缩机。对其热力性能作了理论研究和试验验证。在分析复合轮齿压缩机内部工作过程的基础上,建立了复合轮齿压缩机热力学的数学模型。热力学模型全面考虑了泄漏、传热及排气孔口流动等因素。在试验研究中,测试了变工况下的热力性能。通过计算结果和试验结果的比较分析,验证了热力学模型,并据此对复合轮齿压缩机的内部损失进行了较为深入的分析,得到了影响复合轮齿压缩机性能的四个主要因素:压力均衡、过压缩、泄漏和摩擦,以及这四个因素对性能的影响规律。

Abstract: The composite gear-type compressor is a new type of rotor compressor with partail built-in compressing process. The thermodynamic performance is studied theoretically and experimentally. Mathematical models for analyzing thermod- ynamic performance is established on the basis of a all-round and through analysis on its working process. The effects of leakage, heat transfer and flow through discharge port and so on are accounted for in thermodynamic models. In the experiental investigation, performance is measured at various discharge pressures. Theoretical calculations and experiment results are compared and analyzed, and the mathematical models are verified by comparison. It is concluded that the performance is influenced greatly by four factors: mixing process, over-compression, leakage and friction.
