摘要: 在激光选区烧结(SLS)快速成形技术中,粉末的预热是影响成形件性能和成形件精度的重要因素之一,对成形工作腔的一般预热方法的预热过程进行了分析,研究了辐射预热的热流密度对粉末预热温度的影响,提出了热流密度场模型,并与试验测得发预热温度场进行了比较,该模型对于预热装置设计、SLS成形过程控制都具有重要的意义。

Abstract: Preheating powder on the surface of powder bed is a one important process influencing whole processing of prototypes and accuracy of parts fabricated in selective laser sintering technology. General preheating process of irradiator for the preheating of powder on the surface of powder bed is analyzed, and the influences of flux density on the temperature field on the top surface of powder bed is investigated. The distribution models of flux density are also presented in this paper. The result predicted according to the model is reasonably consistent with experimental result. This model plays an important role in design of preheating set and control of SLS processing.
