摘要: 以高速列车整车平衡性为追求目标,在建立了可变阻尼油压减振器随机振动等效线性模型的基础上,提出了将其耦合于整车优化模型中的建模策略和方法,实现了基于整车平衡性的减振器主参数优化设计,所得优化结果说明采用减振器部件优化方法取得的最优方案在整机中并非最优,从而验证了本研究方法的可行性和结果的实用性。

Abstract: On purpose to obtain high ride comfort in high-speed train, the modeling strategy which analyze the whole vehicle system coupling the equivalent linearization damper model is presented. Then the key components of damping changeable shock absorber depending on the vehicle model under excitation due to rail roughness is optimized. The optimized data indicated that damper design depend on the whole vehicle is more suitable than design separated it from the system. So this research is feasible and practicable.
