摘要: 针对高速钢辊环静态铸造条件下组织疏松、使用寿命短、离心铸造条件下易产生偏析,研究了挤压铸造对高速钢辊环力学性能和物理性能的影响。研究结果表明:挤压铸造高速钢辊环具有组织致密、元素偏析轻、硬度高、硬度均匀等特点,应用于工业生产,其使用寿命明显优于高镍铬无限冷硬铸铁辊环。

Abstract: To counter this situation that the internal structure of high speed steel roll collar is loose in static state casting and the composition of high speed steel roll collar is easy to incline to separating out in centrifugal casting. The effect of extruding casting on the mechanical properties and physical properties of high speed steel roll collar is researched. The results obtained show that extruding casting high speed steel roll collar has compact structure, even composition and high and even hardness. The application in industry shows that the service life of extruding casting high speed steel roll collar obviously excels high Ni Cr indefinite chill cast iron roll collar’s.
