摘要: 在齿轮耦合的转子-轴承系统中,影响系统动力特性的因素很多,只研究了轴承组合形式、间隙比及宽径比对系统失稳转速、涡动比、临界转速及其分布以及系统阻尼特性的影响。发现在该系统中,存在着系统稳定运行的薄弱环节,当轴承组合形式、间隙比及宽径比产生变化时,系统的失稳转速也将产生变化,并表现出不同的阻尼特性。提出了用最小对数衰减率衡量系统跨越临界转速的能力,用涡动比判断哪个子系统首先失稳。

Abstract: In a rotor -bearing system geared, there are many factors that affect dynamic characteristic of the system. The influence of the type of bearing, the gap ratio, and the ratio between width and diameter on the instability threshold speed, the whirl ratio, the critical speed and its distribution, and damping characteristic of the system is only researched. It is found that, in the system, there is a weak portion that affects the stability of the system. When the type of bearing, the gap ratio, and the ratio between width and diameter changes, the instability threshold speed and the logarithm decrement of the system will also change. It is put forward that least logarithm decrement can be used to judge the ability to stride over the critical speed of the system, the which ratio can be used to decide which rotor firstly becomes unstable.
